I peresonally believe that the law wouldnt make a diffrence. Cellphones, technology in general will always overpower people, mixing that with cars, is of course a bomb in the making which has proven to be true. for me this law would just be another way to take money from people all over the country and it wont make a difference because no one will ever stop texting or taking their hands off the wheel. Also this law wouldnt make sense nationwide. For example someone who lives in ohio on a farm would need touse their phone or radio to speak to his/her employes, which would also be different to a fisherman who lives in Colorado wouldnt be able to oblige by this law since it wouldnt apply to him/her. Now in big major cities like Newyork, Chicago, Los Angles and Miami would be able to obey the law. Personally i believe if this law would become a reality it would just cause more chaos. By being distracted while driving I got into an accident and endangered my life and the life of the other driver, i was texting and driving and it was rainging, I didnt notice the car braking i slamed into her car, as a teenager I still text and drive and i eat and drive with my knee/thigh. I havent learned from my mistake and I know one day this will catch up to me, I have limited my self to texting when I stop at a light but sometimes I'm rushing and I forget.
